Evidence-oriented analysis

Bioadjuvant’s analysis component is planned separately from the static Quarto landing page. No production analytical service is claimed in this prototype.

Proposed analysis modules

1. Adjuvant comparison: structured side-by-side comparison of composition, reported mechanisms, and study context.
2. Evidence explorer: filtering records by study design, species or population, antigen, endpoint, and publication source.
3. Immune response viewer: displaying sourced antibody, cytokine, or cellular response data with study-specific labels and units.

Interpretation boundaries

Comparisons across studies must not be presented as causal rankings when antigen, dose, assay, timing, or experimental model differ. A pathway diagram is not proof of clinical efficacy. Predictive claims require separate datasets, validation, and clearly documented performance measures.

Current availability

The homepage contains a browser-side educational class explorer with illustrative records. It is not connected to a literature API or validated analytical backend.
